Brighton Counselling Space is a counselling practice situated in the heart of Brighton. All our therapists are BACP accredited and combined bring over 20 years of accrued experience in the counselling sector.

We provide a confidential and non-judgemental space in which we help clients to safely explore issues which are important to them and any difficulties they may be experiencing. We aim to help you recognise unhelpful patterns of behaviour and to identify ways in which to help you grow and develop. This can involve looking at family background and other important relationships in your life and how these may inform your present life.

I am an experienced counsellor based in warm and welcoming rooms in the centre of Brighton. I have been working as a counsellor and psychotherapist for over ten years within education and the charitable sector, as well as managing counselling services for children and young people.

My initial counselling training was psychodynamic and my practice is integrative and draws upon contemporary therapeutic approaches such as mindfulness, CBT, and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT). I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and my practice is fully insured.

Working together, I can support you in exploring and understanding deep rooted feelings, identifying unhelpful patterns of behaviour, and developing insight into how your past may influence your present life.
